What are the types of bicycles available?
We have a wide range of bicycles that caters to children (ages 5 and above) and adults.
What are the types of kick scooters available?
We have a wide range of manual kick scooter that caters to children (ages 3 and above) and adults. We do not provide e-scooters.
Do you have bicycles with child seats attached?
No, we do not have child seats attached to adult bicycles.
You may wish to bring your own child seats to install on the bikes.
Do you have bicycles with baskets?
Some bicycles do have attached baskets.
Do you have tandem bikes?
No, we do not. All our bicycles are meant for single rider for safety reasons.
Do you offer locker rental services?
No, we do not. The nearest public locker rental services is located at the restroom beside iFly.
Do you provide safety gears?
We provide optional complimentary bicycle helmets rentals for your bicycle/ kick scooter rentals. Please request from our friendly team. Please note that you are required by law to wear a helmet if you are cycling on a public road.
What kind of attire should I wear?
We encourage and recommend that you come in comfortable attire and wear flat comfortable covered shoes for your own safety. You are advised not to wear/carry expensive items -e.g. watches and jewelleries etc. Please note that barefoot is not allowed.
How does full day bicycle rental/ kick scooter work?
You may pick up the bicycle/ kick scooter any time after 10am, and return before 7pm on the same day.
How does overnight day bicycle rental/ kick scooter work?
You may pick up the bicycle/ kick scooter any time after 10am, and return it within 24 hours between 10am to 7pm.
Do you provide large group bicycle/ kick scooter bookings and delivery for events?
Yes, we do. You may write to to enquire on large group advance bookings.
Do you provide guided bicycle/ kick scooter guided tours?

Are there any price differences between adult and child?
There is no difference between adult and child rate.
What is the rental agreement about?
All guests are required to sign a compulsory rental agreement to rent a bicycle/kick scooter.
Do I have to deposit anything?
All guests are required to submit a minimum of refundable $20 cash deposit for 1-2 hours/ full day of bicycle/kick scooter rentals on the day of visit. This is to ensure that bicycles/kick scooters are returned back to us with no damages. However, If there are any damages found to the bicycle, the $20 will be forfeited and will be served as part of the penalty. For overnight rentals, all guests are required to submit a refundable $50 cash deposit
What happens if I return the bicycle/ kick scooter later than the rental duration?
You will be subjected to additional charges based on the published hourly rate. Note that the additional charges will not be pro-rated and will not be based on promotional price.
Can I refund after confirming my purchase?
We regret to inform you that tickets purchased on any platforms, regardless of online or over the counter are not refundable under any circumstances. For no-show, there would be no postponement allowed, unless you have contacted us in advance before booked time slot and have gotten a rescheduled date, subject to approved conditions.
Can I buy tickets on the day itself?
Yes, you may purchase tickets on the day itself at Gogreen ticketing counter in Sentosa. However, you are highly encourage to book online to secure bicycle / kick scooters at your desired rental timings.

  • If you are feeling unwell or tested positive for Covid-19, please see a doctor and stay home.
  • Please check the details of our location at http://www.gogreenecoadventure.com/contact
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the stipulated time stated on the itinerary to complete the registration. Your booking may be cancelled and timings rescheduled if you do not arrive before the stipulated time on your confirmation email.

  • You are required to show this confirmation email, proof of identity and your original ticket (redemption only) to ensure successful admission for your booked slot.
  • All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be postponed, cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • For redemption bookings, in the event that the media code provided is deemed or found to be an invalid ticket, this booking confirmation shall be automatically cancelled by Gogreen and admission for the booked slot shall not be honored.
  • It is a mandatory requirement for all guests to sign a release of liability form via the online check-in link in the confirmation email, or on-site on day of visit before renting a bicycle/kick scooter, or be denied admission for the booked slot, without any refunds.
  • You are required to be early/on time for your booked slot. Your booked ride timing will not be extended or rescheduled if you are late for your booked slot.
